Glass Bottle Washing and Rinsers machine newly and widly used machine which is very Beneficial for New startups in Dairy industry who sell milk in Glass Bottle . This machine can be used by them to clean Glass Bottle at very low cost . 
This machine is widly used and important for resturant and hotel industry also. It consists of

Glass Bottle Rinser

 

The rinsing machine is equipped with basin and 230v-50 Hz single phase rotary pump. In this case, the basin can be filled with water and disinfectant. The solution is pumped to the 12 Nozzles (Appx) when the operator opens the injections by pushing the bottles necks against the gaskets. The whole machine is manufactured with stainless steel AISI 304 and 316.The rinser consists of a stainless steel pipe and tray. The Rinser is connected to a water source like Overhead Tank. The ball valve on the machine is closed position. 12 Bottles  Approx) are kept up side down in the 12 rubber cups provided., then the ball value is opened water jets in to each of the Bottles .The bottles are thus rinsed of dust particles. approximately 24 Bottles can be rinsed per minutes.
