Process shall be after molten butter transfer through Butter melting vat and Pre stratification Tank . It goes through heating process at Ghee Boiler machine at 115 deg C for 1 to 1.5 hrs
This machine consist of ss 304 sheet with inned thk 5mm , dimple jackted for hot water circulation and outer jacket . agitator shaft shall be of teflon which is stick with walls of ghee Boiler machine
